Lina Matsuda – a live online violin concert

The corona pandemic is hitting many artists hard. The German-Japanese Business Association (DJW) aims to support artists and the arts while also giving audiences the chance to enjoy art. The DJW series "Members for Members-Art Edition" provides a virtual platform for artists to present their work. In addition to its diverse economic activities, the DJW also aims to promote cultural exchange between Japan and Germany.

As part of this series, Metzler Bank is pleased to sponsor an online performance by violinist Lina Matsuda. She will perform on June 3 at 12:00 p.m. Central European Time (7:00 p.m. JST). Ms. Matsuda, born in 1985, has received numerous awards and performed with leading conductors and orchestras, including the NHK Symphony Orchestra, the Tokyo Symphony, the Osaka Philharmonic, the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra and the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra. She has also released five albums.

To see Lina Matsuda's concert and for more information about the artist, please go to the DJW website (in german Language).
