Metzler Corporate Finance advises Fritz OHG on its Stuttgart real estate project

Metzler Corporate Finance advised Fritz OHG on the project financing for construction of its commercial real estate project "Urbanic" and successfully prepared and accompanied the selection and negotiation process for the financing banks.

"Urbanic" refers to the construction of an office campus in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen that is being developed in several stages. The first stage targets two buildings with a combined rental area of approx. 20,000 m2. The first construction stage is being primarily financed by a syndicated loan with Kreissparkasse Esslingen-Nürtingen as lead manager. The loan agreement was signed in 2020. Completion of the first construction stage is scheduled for autumn of 2021.

Single tenant Siemens will use these campus buildings as a new location for its Stuttgart branch. For more information, please read the press release published by Siemens AG (only in German language available).
