Metzler advises ISB AG on the sale of the company to CONET Technologies Holding GmbH

IT consulting company CONET, a portfolio company of the private equity firm IK Partners, is acquiring 100% of the shares in ISB, a leading developer of individual software solutions for renowned customers in industry and the public sector, headquartered in Karslruhe. The merger of ISB with CONET creates a leading IT service provider that develops innovative individual software solutions for digitizing its customers' core processes.
