In our fixed-income mandates, we manage corporate bonds, covered bonds, and government bonds. We assess both quantitative metrics and qualitative factors to identify bonds offering the best balance of credit quality and risk premium.
We leverage the individual strengths of our portfolio managers through a team-based approach, making a significant contribution to your investment success.
Our strategy focuses on stable, long-term growth within clearly defined risk limits. As a bank-owned asset manager, we’re shaped by a strong risk culture: our portfolio managers are also analysts and make investment decisions based on their own fundamental research – including taking a contrarian view during turbulent periods.
Our active investment process has two objectives: generating additional returns and limiting losses. We draw on a broad investment universe to diversify opportunities and avoid concentration risks.
We analyze bond segments, sectors, and credit ratings to identify opportunities and risks in the market environment.
We analyze individual issuers’ business models, balance sheets, and bond terms and assess potential financial pressures.
We compare our fundamental assessment with the risk premiums priced into the market to identify bonds with an attractive risk-return profile.
We analyze risks and actively manage portfolios to achieve stable performance across different market environments.
Companies are increasingly financing themselves through bonds. In our corporate bond mandates, we invest in issuers with sustainable business models. Our ongoing research is supported by direct dialogue with company management.
Would you like to review your bond allocation or are you looking for a targeted building block for your portfolio? We would be happy to discuss the options that best fit your needs.
