China hat in den letzten Jahren Reformen auf den Weg gebracht, um diese sukzessiv abzubauen: Mitunter wurde die Autonomie von Staatsunternehmen gestärkt, außerdem rücken Innovationen in den Fokus. Doch sind innovationsgetriebene Reformen in einer sozialistisch gelenkten Marktwirtschaft schwer umsetzbar. Weshalb man sich die Frage stellen muss: Sozialismus und Innovation – passt das überhaupt zusammen?
