Metzler DX: Business partner for digital transformation
Innovation and continuous development are key components in order to keep offering our clients first-class, customized solutions. To drive digitization and innovation even further, our two units Digital Asset Office (DAO) and Digital Manufacturing have been merged into one. The team in the new unit also includes process experts from organizational management who promote efficiency and process innovation without compromising ongoing projects.
The result of this realignment is the new Metzler DX (MDX) unit, which drives the digital transformation of our bank forward. MDX is headed by Hendrik König and Shahrok Shedari, who report directly to Executive Board member Mario Mattera. This close cooperation enables quick and targeted decisions – a decisive advantage in a dynamic environment.
MDX is a central enabler and strategic business partner for all areas of the bank. Through our proven core-satellite approach, we ensure that innovation is not only centrally managed, but also implemented efficiently and on the basis of practical need as determined our experts in the field.
