Die Zinsen sind gestiegen, die Volatilität der Aktienkurse aber auch – und das recht deutlich. Die Bekämpfung der Inflation hat Sand ins Getriebe der Aktienmärkte gebracht und nur wenige Branchen scheinen derzeit ein stabiles Kursniveau zu bieten. „Der Tech-Sektor war, ist und bleibt erstmal attraktiv“, so die Einschätzung von Oliver Schmidt, Deputy Chief Investment Officer von Metzler Asset Management. Im Gespräch mit Tim Habicht von fundview betonte der Metzler-Experte, dass es aber auch bei Tech-Titeln genau hinzuschauen und selektiv zu investieren gelte; so gäbe es aktuell durchaus Potenzial bei einigen Titeln aus der zweiten Reihe.
Der Bond-Markt zeigt sich aktuell von seiner attraktiven Seite. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt seitens Metzler AM auf Corporate Bonds, die laut Oliver Schmidt derzeit gute Fundamentaldaten aufweisen bei gleichzeitig moderater Bewertung.
